With over 20 years of experience representing producers, mixers, writers, and musical directors, Zita has helped shape some of the most iconic tracks and albums in music history. Her journey began in the 1980s at London Records, where she honed her skills under the mentorship of Roger Ames and Pete Tong, and co-founded FFRZ, a management company that represented top-tier producers, mixers, and writers. Zita worked on legendary projects such as Massive Attack's "Blue Lines", Duran Duran, and Salt-N-Pepa, solidifying her reputation as a key player in the music industry.

After establishing Z Management in 1994, Zita continued to represent a stellar roster of artists and producers, helping craft records that topped the charts and won Grammy and BRIT Awards. Her clients have worked on multi-million selling albums such as The Verve’s "Urban Hymns", Ed Sheeran's "+," Mumford & Sons' "Babel," Kylie Minogue's "Fever," and Keane's "Hopes & Fears". Zita's roster has delivered countless #1s and Top 10 hits across various genres, from pop to indie rock to dance anthems.
